Since joining the hospital in February 2017 as the ward manager it was my plan to only use one nurse agency and also to only use named staff for any shifts that I trusted and knew were very competent and capable to work in this environment and with our patient care group.
The MLG Healthcare service is very good and the team always try their best to cover shifts even at short notice, they keep the senior nurses well informed about any changes and also if unable to cover a shift they always work up to and beyond at times to try and cover unexpected demand.
Aurene always calls me to check on staffing needs, and ensure that I know who is coming and all is confirmed. I feel we have a very good relationship and always feel that she keeps me well informed and who is covering if she is not about.
I speak often to other members of the team when I call and I consider MLG Healthcare to be a highly professional and caring agency and wish them the best with any future business developments they plan.

am pleased to take this opportunity to express the great service you are giving to Horton treatment centre. I have managed to meet Ali and Sandy in 2016 since we are maintaining a good relationship.
It is nice to talk to Tasha every Monday the account manager regarding the staffing for the week, and always help to cover the shifts even though the last minute requirement. And also pleasure to meet Felicity and Tasha last year.. with GOODDIES…. These meetings are a great customer care and help to understand each other for a good outcome for the sector.
We have regular Registered nurses and HCA from MLG Healthcare, who are very competent and good patient and staff feedback.
