One key team member, in particular, has gone the extra mile to smash targets and develop his team, so we would like to say a huge congratulations to Anuvind, who has now been promoted to Team Leader of our Consultant Division!
Anuvind Has An Excellent Reputation At MLG Healthcare
Having been with MLG Healthcare from the very beginning, it has been wonderful to see Anuvind’s growth over the years. His goal-focused mindset and dedication to taking the business to the next level are outstanding, and we are thrilled to see him take on his new role.
Our team and candidates speak very highly of Anuvind and can all agree that he has a skill for building relationships. Anuvind cares deeply for the success of his department and is very mindful of the impact different actions have on the business. He is brilliant at bringing new ideas to the table and is always looking for new ways to drive MLG Healthcare forward.
Most recently, in his role, Anuvind has dedicated time to working closely with his line manager to develop not only his department but also individual consultants. Taking On The New Role As Team Leader
As Team Leader of our Consultant Division, Anuvind will be working closely with the Senior Management Team to create and implement new processes. He will have valued input in management decisions and take the lead in sales meetings, ensuring that goals are set, and follow-up sessions are arranged.
Anuvind will continue to work on a one-to-one basis with his consultants to grow their skills and meet their personal development objectives, creating six-month roadmaps for their progression.
It is a super exciting time for the Consultant Division, and we wish Anuvind the best of luck in his new role. We took some time to catch up with Anuvind to speak about his role in the business:
“
I originally joined MLG Healthcare back in 2015 and have since adapted from a recruitment consultant to a senior. My favourite part of my role is the pace; I like being busy and work best under pressure. There are ups and downs in recruitment, but the team around me supports me through the tough times and celebrates with me during the good. This is what coming into work is all about; being a team and wanting to succeed together.
My biggest achievement to this date is booking 96 candidates and supplying our clients with over 9500 hours of quality nursing. I have helped develop processes to aid new consultants in reaching their full potential, so in the next 5 years, I see myself heading the sales floor!
