If you have been part of the MLG Healthcare family over the past few years, you may have noticed us regularly abbreviating our name to MLG – and it’s something that seems to have stuck! Our rebrand felt like a natural progression for our business, and a decision that we are confident will benefit both our clients and candidates.
This year, along with continuing to work closely with our wonderful healthcare professionals, we will expand our disciplines by partnering with more doctors and AHPs. We are also looking forward to developing our relationships within the NHS alongside our current private sector clients. By changing our name to MLG Healthcare, we feel it is the perfect representation of the extensive knowledge our dedicated team has across many areas of the healthcare industry.

To our existing clients and candidates, while our name may have changed, your experience with us will remain the same. Our team, processes and level of service will not change, and you will continue to work closely with the same dedicated consultant.
For those interested in registering with us, we will guide you through the process stage by stage, just as we have always done. As a candidate, you will begin your journey with a personal development consultant who will fast-track your compliance, allowing you to start accepting placements without delay. You will then be paired with a dedicated consultant to manage your bookings and availability, ensuring your requirements are met. Not only this, but you will also have the ongoing support of a maintenance consultant who will keep track of your document expiry dates and contact you in advance to arrange renewals.
Along with candidates, we are thrilled to be continually growing our client base. When partnering with MLG Healthcare, all clients are allocated a dedicated account manager, allowing them to take advantage of an extensive pool of highly skilled candidates across many different specialties.
